$250 per 45-minute session

Sliding scale

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis and depend upon the frequency of meetings and the person’s resources and ability to pay.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider for Aetna. For all other insurances, I am an out-of-network provider.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. If your insurance offers “out-of-network mental health benefits” you might be eligible for about 50-80% reimbursement but you do need to check with your individual plan.

Please contact your insurance to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. 

Payment

Payment is due at the beginning of each session. I accept Zelle, checks and cash. Credit card payments are accepted via PayPal. PayPal.Me/milenakazakov

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you are required to pay the full rate of the session.
